Creating Knowledge in a Discourse Community

In this article, Rakovi, M., Marzouj, Z.,  Chang, D. & Winne, P.  provide an insightful research paper on how writers can benefit from the computational approach and, simultaneously, aid them to develop their metacognitive processes. By classifying the sample essays from the study conducted in Western Canadian University, these authors were able to produce a guide content creator may consult when writing to move from knowledge-telling to knowledge-transforming essayists.
